General Updates/Improvements
- AutoMergeServiceConfiguration: Improved performance of service impersonation (16773).
- Template Import Manager: Adjusted zip extraction to skip “summary.txt” when present (19222).
- The service will now check if all loadbalancing subservices are running three minutes after service start and start any subservices that are not running (16773).
- All settings will now be read at service start, and settings can no longer be changed during runtime (20126).
- To revert this behavior, the following SettingsKey must be configured:
- Name: EnableServiceMainSettingsCache
- KeyValue: false
