New Features
- eSign – CDATA: In SignXML, issues can occur when sending documents for signing when including names with special characters (such as &, <, and >). To prevent this, we have implemented the CDATA tag. This can be used to properly process text that includes special characters (AF).
- To use this feature, simply include the following block into your SignXML, replacing “text” with your own text:

- When generating batch documents, the preview button is now hidden if no preview is available (DB)

Bug Fixes
- Implemented a temporary workaround for an issue that would occur where inserting HTML code with page layout details would change the page layout of the result document (AF)
- Setting the WordMailMergeHTMLResetPageLayout value to true activates the fix.
- Dialog:
- Fixed an issue for the “Attach document as email content” option where the Dynamics 365 email signature was not added to the opening draft email after the generated DCP document had been attached as HTML to the email body (DB)
- Note: This occurred in Dynamics 365 Online with “2024 release wave 1” enabled.
- Fixed an issue where Multiparts would not work without a template part (DB)
- Fixed an issue where editing in Word would not work with blob storage (DB)
