Information regarding new release

We are pleased to announce the release of Version 2025.0, which is a direct successor to Version 2024.13.

Please note that this major version jump does not signify any significant changes in the product itself. Instead, it was driven by internal organizational reasons. The versioning change helps us better reflect and manage the technical updates within our development and release processes.

New Features

• SharePoint fill grade: The SharePoint fill grade is now tied to a SettingsKey.
  • The SettingsKey is as follows:
    • Name: SharePointQuotaThresHold
    • KeyValue: A number between 0-99
    • Product: AttachmentExtractor
  • The value represents the fill grade in percent
  • If the value is set to 0, the quote threshold will not be applied

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where a timeout resulted in an error that would stop the service
• Fixed an issue where, when the prioritize large files flag is set, not all notes were found and extracted
• Fixed an issue where custom path configurations were overwritten with the default configuration upon save
• Fixed an issue where certain email fields were being updated at the incorrect time
• Fixed a memory leak caused by SharePoint metadata not being cleared out
